Elephants were really amazing and beautiful. They had the long tusks and huge ears and they are were so big!!!!! They walked so slow and gracefully and came really close. One time a mama and a baby came really close out of some trees and bushes and they walked right next to Patrick’s window. They are very beautiful animals and I am very glad that I got to see them.
There is not much to say about hippos because we saw them mostly in the water. We saw one out of the water but it was pretty far away. The babies were cute and it was cool when one of the hippos yawned.
Buffaloes where really cool because they have amazing horns. One time we saw a herd with hundreds of water buffalo coming down to the water to get a drink of water. One time we saw lions eating a dead buffalo.
We might have seen a rhino and we might not have. You might think that is a weird thing to say but it was so far away that you could not tell if it was a rhino or a water buffalo.
