The Olympics where really awesome because:

(1) I saw pro Greco-Roman wrestlers.  If I went down there I would have got the gold. (editors note: It is great that Patrick has a healthy ego, but he has no idea how much pain one of these guys could inflict in 30 seconds on the mat.)

(2) We got to see soccer (football) and it was Japan vs. Mexico. We decided to root for Mexico and they won – viva Mexico.  (editors note:  Mexico went on to win gold)

(3) We saw free style wrestling and the American won against the Iranian guy.

(4) (My favorite one) I got the U.S. gold medalist’s Autograph!!!!!!!! :0

I was the only person in the crowd with a sharpie – and Patrick got his hat signed by the newest American gold medalist
